By accessing or using Gifur ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Gifur provides free online tools for processing GIF and video files. All processing occurs locally in your web browser using WebAssembly technology. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Gifur for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and file processing. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Gifur
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to process any files you use with our tools
• The content of any files you create or modify using our Service
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gifur and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the files you process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gifur makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Gifur disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gifur, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Browser Compatibility

Gifur requires a modern web browser with SharedArrayBuffer support. We cannot guarantee functionality on all browsers or devices. You are responsible for ensuring your browser meets the minimum requirements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
