How It Works
Gifur's editing tools use FFmpeg.wasm — a WebAssembly port of FFmpeg — to process media within your browser. This means:
- Editing files are not uploaded to Gifur's servers
- Processing happens on your device's CPU
- The separate AI GIF Generator sends text prompts to a hosted generation provider
- Clear file, frame, pixel, and batch limits protect browser memory
